Don’t tell me there’s a shortage of pools in KC! I tried the most amazing fresh cashews in Belize and developed a newfound appreciation for them. I’ve been wanting to experiment with cashew cream, too—this dip looks perfect.

Hihi, my husband is also one to squeal before he jumps into a pool and then he rolls around under water like an otter. Raw cashews sound interesting and I will try it out next time. Thanks
